JA Titan

JA Titan allows students to operate a virtual company through a Web-based simulation. Student success depends on decisions about their product's price and their company's marketing, research and development, and business practices. Win or lose, students gain an understanding of how management decisions affect the bottom line.

JA Finance Park

JA Finance Park is a month-long program that introduces students to personal financial planning and career exploration. At the culmination of this teacher-led program, students visit JA Finance Park, a realistic on-site or virtual community, to put into practice what they've learned by developing and committing to a personal budget.

At the Innovation Camp (sometimes also called Innovation Challenge, 24-hour Camp etc.) students gather in order to address a specific business challenge to come up with ideas which would solve the problem.

JA Job Shadow

JA Job Shadow prepares students to be entrepreneurial thinkers in their approach to work. In-class sessions prepare students for a visit to a professional work environment, where they will face a series of challenges administered by their workplace hosts. Students learn how to research career opportunities and the skills needed to land and keep their dream job.

Banks in Action

Through hands-on classroom activities and local, regional, and national competitions, JA Banks in Action teaches high school students the principles of the banking industry and introduces them to the challenges of successfully operating a bank in a competitive environment. A truly international program, JA Banks in Action not only educates young people around the world about the banking industry, but also encourages them to become better citizens and smarter consumers.


ITS TYME (Immersion Training Strategy: Targeting Young Marginalized Entrepreneurs)

ITS TYME builds on JA's highly acclaimed entrepreneurship training curriculum designed to provide basic business education to out of school youth through a variety of hands-on activities and supplements supporting a diverse range of learners.

MMBiz - My Money Business

MMBiz is a practical course in financial literacy designed to help young people gain and maintain control over their financial lives. MMBiz program promotes financial literacy with the intent of empowering young people to own their economic and financial success. The program teaches students about personal financial concepts, and how to make good personal financial decisions according to their own needs and values. It familiarizes students with tools to avoid becoming adults with money management difficulties and helps establish disciplined money management habits students can carry over into adulthood.


Social Innovation Relay

The interactive web based learning programme is designed to encourage students to think like Social Innovators whilst developing a host of skills that will help them be innovative, entrepreneurial and socially responsible employees and business people in the future.

A global competition is a component of the program. It is organized in collaboration with NN Group that challenges secondary school students to develop an innovative business concept that addresses a social need. SIR provides young people with the hands-on skills and entrepreneurial expertise needed to start a successful career through a combination of virtual and face-to-face mentoring by experienced executives.

The participating teams are paired with e-mentors who are all business volunteers and who connect with the best 20 teams in each participating country, to help them develop concept papers that can translate into feasible business ideas.

JA Personal Finance - Blended Model demonstrates the relationship between financial decisions made now and future financial freedom and quality of life. Students learn that a positive financial future requires management strategies, including career exploration, budgeting, savings, wise use of credit, savvy shopping, consumer protection, and investment strategies.

JA Careers with a Purpose

Through hands-on classroom activities JA Careers with a Purpose introduces students to the importance of seeking careers that help them realize their life potential and noble purpose. The program demonstrates the importance of positive values, life maxims, and ethical decision-making within the context of career and life decisions.

Following participation in the program, students will be able to:

  • Use ethical decision-making skills to make career and life decisions.
  • Describe possible career choices in terms of their individual noble purpose.

Steer Your Career

Steer Your Career targets employment-ready students and aims to hone the skills needed to find a job and work effectively in a competitive job environment. The different sections cover the multi-faceted aspects of leadership, time management, communication, team dynamics, and job searching skills. Through hands-on classroom activities, personal assessments, role playing, and reflection exercises, Steer Your Career helps students function successfully in today's workplace.

Head Start

Head Start meets the needs of a diverse group of students by providing engaging, academically enriching, and experiential learning sessions in work-readiness education and career perspectives.

Following are the sessions of the program:

Session 1: Writing Your Resume 

This module covers résumé writing. It includes tips on writing a powerful cover letter and a powerful résumé. It also includes tips on tackling résumé problems.

Session 2: Interviewing 

This session introduces participants to the science and art of interviewing. Through a series of exercises, participants will become knowledgable of the major skills and behaviors associated with successful interviewing. Participants will find that such skills are key to giving a lasting first impression that will significantly increase their hiring potential in today’s increasingly competitive job market.

Session 3: The Internship 

This session introduces participants to internships, what they mean, how to prepare well for a good internship, and how to handle work duties in an internship. The session invites participants to choose internships that are not only rewarding in the short-run but that also fit their long-term career objectives.

Ripples of Happiness

Ripples of Happiness is an educational program with a primary emphasis on social responsibility, entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and workplace readiness. Students design community service projects that will make their communities a better place and spread "Ripples of Happiness" throughout the neighborhoods they live in. Students explore career interets and opportunities, and learn work readiness skills like project planning, time management, team work, budgeting, reporting, communication skills, and leadership skills among many others.

Through hands-on activities, ROH fosters social responsibility in students as they prepare to enter the workforce and take part in the global marketplace and community. Following participation in the program, students will be able to:

  • Identify opportunities for positive development in their respective communities.
  • Respond to opportunities with innovative solutions.
  • Plan, organize, and finance socially responsible projects in their communities.
  • Learn social networking, group work, problem solving, planning, organizing, financial literacy and creativity.
  • Gain skills in IT, marketing, philanthropy, and public relations.

Community Citizenship

INJAZ Community Citizenship introduces students to an understanding of what is involved in setting up and running a social entrepreneurship project and an understanding of the skills, attitudes, planning, and behaviors of social entrepreneurs. The program requires students to set up their own social projects within their community to get students to see that positive communal impacts and economic growth are both obtainable for companies who abide by social responsibility norms.

Green Entrepreneurship (GREENT)

Green Entrepreneurship (GREENT) is a collection of educational tools that support teachers in fostering a “sustainability-conscious entrepreneurial mindset” in their high school students through the usage of blended learning resources. The program contains 36 lessons in a manual that teachers can use in order to prepare the delivery of each lesson. The materials have been developed as part of an EU Erasmus+ project in collaboration between JA Bulgaria, JA Greece, JA Latvia, JA Norway (Sogn og Fjordane), and JA Romania. A key innovation is the participation of teams of teachers in each country who also participated in the creation of the lessons.
