JA Work Readiness Workshop aims to:
- Inspire students to plan for their future career development through sharing of experiences and real-life cases on work readiness by business volunteers
- Demonstrate the value of education for their future success
- Introduce students to various skills, qualities, attitudes and characters so as to help them prepare themselves in joining the workforce
